The Coaches

Head Coach - Conrad Lim: 07905 731 958

Conrad has been coaching for a decade and has coached at Chandos since 1997. He was appointed Head Coach in 2005.
He has represented Middlesex at county level and has vast experience of coaching from beginners to world ranked players.
His interests include music (he studied at the Trinity College of Music for four years) and supporting Liverpool FC.

Gunther Darkey: 07949 616 227

Gunther is from Ghana where he was ranked the number one junior for his age group at various levels. Age 20, he won the 1996 men's national senior title and was ranked by the ATP for the first time. He has represented his country in the Davis Cup since 1997. In 2000 he reached the final of the African Nation Championships. He joined Chandos with Conrad.

Peter Quek: 07791 838 974

Having gained a degree in Psychology from Exeter University, Peter has gained various coaching qualifications and has developed tennis programmes for hundreds of children and adults. In addition to his coaching he has organised a series of high profile tennis events in conjunction with the LTA.

Vince Ranson: 07719 332 963

Vince has represented Essex since the age of 11 and won their over-35's Division 1 in 2005.

He has a career best ATP ranking of 650 and has 15 years coaching experience.

Bobby Wilson: 020 8445 7433

He was British Number One for many years and became Great Britain's most capped Davis Cup player between 1955 and 1968. He reached four Wimbledon singles quarter finals. He has the unique record of playing against 37 Wimbledon Champions, from Fred Perry to Ille Nastase.

Bobby has coached at all levels for over twenty years.
